With the global pandemic of COVID-19, I want to recognize our shared truth: It’s a stressful time. There’s a lot of uncertainty. There’s clearly loss. There’s fear and concern for our loved ones and about the future.
So remember to breathe, take a break from the news, go for a walk outdoors, get a good workout in, watch a few Netflix comedies and remember that we are in this together.
